Set on one of Eugene's most sought-after streets, this elevated four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath house is a short walk from the University of Oregon campus, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, with easy access to the footbridge toward Autzen Stadium. Hendricks Park is two blocks away. All four bedrooms have king beds, and the living room adds a couch bed and a floor mattress, so the home sleeps up to ten. The open kitchen features a luxury Wolf gas range and a large island with bar seating, and flows into the dining and living areas, where a fireplace and sectional sofa make an easy gathering spot. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher keep longer stays comfortable. Outside, enjoy outdoor seating on the patio and covered deck, plus a gas grill and fire pit. Free parking is on site. The driveway is steep and shared with a neighbor: drive up and veer right, as the house is not visible until midway up, then park in front of the house or garage.
