Shelly’s home was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable for our family of three (two adults and our 8 year old). The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and we immediately felt at home. The backyard was a highlight, full of fun activities, and having a school playground right across the street was perfect for our son.
Shelly was wonderful to communicate with. Her instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to follow, which made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, close enough to the University of Oregon for an easy commute, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. We also appreciated the local restaurant recommendations; every spot we tried was delicious with such friendly service.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to return someday!

Second time staying at this beautiful property - very comfortable with everything you need for a delightful stay. Also a very walkable neighborhood to restaurants as well as public transportation. Will definitely be back when visiting Eugene!

Shelly was amazing. My daughter was sick so I needed to go take care of her. Shelly was very responsive and flexible. She took away all the stress I had. She made everything very easy. The house was perfect for what we need. The house was cozy and quiet. I love all the added touches from charging cables to sound machines!!! We will definitely rent again! Thank you for being a great host with a great house!

This home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beautiful open floor plan and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this home or any other home that this host has available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Shelly was an amazing wonderful host! Communication was excellent and she was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The Moxie Kinkaid House was very cute, thoughtfully decorated, and felt so welcoming (loved the Bigfoot touches!)
The plush king beds in every room were a huge bonus and made everything extra comfortable. If you have the pleasure of staying, be sure to read Shelly and Robert’s sweet story in the guidebook—it’s such a lovely touch and will make you appreciate the home even more. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect find for my purposes while in Eugene. It was just me in town for a week for a training with long days. This place was really comfortable and nice to relax in each night. Great hosts!

Great stay!! Very cozy and clean! Some WiFi lagging here and there on the TVs but not too bad. Also kitchen very well stocked and amenities were good! Thank you

We enjoyed our long weekend stay - close to many restaurants and campus. Beds were very comfortable, great kitchen and enjoyed having coffee available so we didn't have to run out the first night we arrived. Backyard was a dream - would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful rental!

Loved our stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The open layout made it feel so inviting, and we loved having TVs in the bedrooms. Great location, easy access, and Shelly was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made everything seamless. We would definitely stay again!
